· Competence frameworks: identifying competences.
· Planning meetings: review scheme and employee briefing.
· Dealing with complaints: investigating, writing a disciplinary procedure, hearings.
· Reward systems.
· HR branding: creating an HR brand.
At the end of the course a certificate of participation will be issued
